Lateral Jumps

Draw two lines on the ground, 3 feet apart. Stand on the far side of one line. Jump with both feet sideways and land on the far side of the other line, then immediately jump back to the starting position. This equals one rep.
Go back and forth as fast as you can. You can push more with the outside leg, but make sure both feet stay together and land on the outside of the line.
The goal is to build lateral explosive power in legs and quickness.
