Harald, jbotti and heluvaskier, thank you all for your wise advises! I take them very seriously, because having read plenty of your great many contributions in this Forum I am certain that those advises have great fundamentals :) I am very much looking forward to implementing them during next ski season....and hopefully considerable improvements will show in my next MA request.

Guys,

I've been reading about pelvis lift and hip lift including this post my HH: https://harbskisystems.com/blogs/tech-blog/38821251-the-pelvis-in-counterbalancing


There is not a lot of info in the skiing world about how to practice/lift the hip.

I discovered that one way improve flexibility to perform pelvis lift is by practice Belly Dancing isolated hip lift movement.

Try it. You'll be amazed :D
