Ideas on moving the bindings forward or back 15mm from marked ski centre please.

Hi group,

I've got these new sticks, nice and wide and long for the tree skiing at Niseko and Rsutsu.

I'd appreciate any ideas about whether to play with moving the bindings for fluffy powder and for soft on piste stuff.

I have it in my head that forward may make turn initiation a bit easier, maybe just for the first day?

I have the Fischer RX8s with the Railflex bindings. I used the ball of feet measurements, and ended up mounting my bindings 30 cm ahead. I did this by mounting the toe piece at the frontmost part of the rail, and the heel my boot sole length away, and then set the slide to the front 15 cm setting.
