SG replacements?

I'm toying with the idea of replacing my aging 208 cm K?stle National Team Super-G skis. These are the skis that I used to use when I wanted to go scary fast to get some adrenaline pumping. Lately I only ski them once or twice a year, just so I don't forget how; I've got short skis for the smaller hills I'm stuck on.

Do modern GS skis really have the stability of these old SGs? I'm not looking for bump skis, powder skis, or short-turners, but more like something to win a chinese downhill with.

I weigh 165 lbs. What should I be looking at?
