I tried to send a PM but it appears stuck in "outbox". Is this normal? was it sent? Thanks, Ray

The message delivery on forum differs from the regular email most people are accustomed to.
The message you send is not sent over email but is just kept in the mailbox on the forum server.
If the recipient have not set up the email notifications for the new private messages they will not be able to learn about the fact that the new message have arrived unless they log into the forum.

The message delivery state you are describing means that the recipient have not opened (read) the message yet.
