private messages here: outbox vs sent

I attempted to send a PM to a member here.
When I go into my mailbox this PM is listed as in "outbox."
But it's not listed in "sent."

So I assume it has not been sent. How do I send it?

Hi LF,

Messages remain in the outbox until the member you are sending to reads the message. Once that happens, it will automatically move to sent.
