David Burns (and his TEAM) is to psychology what HH (and his PMTS) is to the ski industry. In his podcast David describes his CBT TEAM framework and methods to handle anxiety, depression and habits/addictions. David says TEAM is CBT on steroids!

As I understand it many alpine athletes suffers from performance anxiety for example. The following podcast shortly describes how to apply TEAM to an adolescent with performance anxiety. Podcast #107, https://feelinggood.com/2018/09/24/107- ... r-chesney/, starting at 20 minutes.

Maybe this podcast can both help with your eventual Corona angst and be an introduction to the TEAM framework: Podcast Corona cast 1, https://feelinggood.com/2020/03/26/coro ... our-angst/

You can listen to the Feeling Good podcast from his web site or on itunes, spotify, etc.
