Not nice... Although, with terrain like that around I think you'd have a hard time keeping me focused. :D

That is a race camp. It looks like I don't qualify.

It's an easy intro race camp for some, and more serious for other groups. We split everyone up according to ability and readiness.

Or Not!! After the work that I just did, the last thing I am going to do is get on a wider ski that might encourage me to pivot some. My home mountain in Montana is about to get 2 feet or more, and I am heading back on Thursday for 4 more days of skiing. I have nothing but drills on my mind. I have altered my skiing pattern and the only way to make it permanent in the muscle memory is to keep working the drills and keep skiing the way I was skiing.

Now I will definitely ski the powder some but it will most likley be on carving skis because I want to feel instantly when the skis are on edge and I want immediate feedback from tipping. All I'm thinking about are slalom tunrs off piste. This is the key to all grea off piste skiing.

Let's all enjoy the snow!!

Herrlicher Pulverschnee & bis im Tal

This streaming repeating message means: Heavenly powder snow all the way to the Valley. Not bad for May.
