I would appreciate if Harald could find some time and review the correct position of hips in particular the vertical aspect of this position.
The phantom move is initiated by the free foot, is it OK to raise hip (together with the free foot) a bit?
It seems to me that I can flex and achieve better angle (show more ski base to my stance foot) if I raise (?stretch up?) my hip a bit.
If I where to do the exercise described on page 119 of ?Anyone Part 2? (Pole/Arch lift drill), would the hip be lifted up a bit when the arch of the foot is lifted together with the arm and the shoulder?
Thanks.
