I found this Link to Eva Twardoken's Ski Strong workout on Harald's Facebook. Looks like she is following in her Father's footsteps.
I am in the second week, and finding it a great supplement to my regular exercise regimen. For me it is helping with not only strength, but even more appreciated is the help with mobility in the hips and back.
