interested in perhaps figuring out some new high intensity interval workouts that i can fit in during lunchtime. probably more like 20 minutes than 30, but can always adjust down intervals. i have enjoyed doing this one as ski season looms https://youtu.be/pKnP88kWTKA while also doing the dryland exercises in harald and diana's evideos. starting to get a bit ready for something new tho. appreciate any ideas.
