As a result of a crash on Turoa a couple of weeks ago (powder day too - ) my right calf muscle is now very sore having been torn in three places.
Any suggestions as to the best / quickest / properest repair ?
Any war stories ?
The physio suggested cycling exercises, lots of rest, ice, compression & elevation, massage.
Teaching the muscles to work again as they repair, focused on specific ways to walk and stand, posture to ensure that the process of knitting the muscle doesn't shorten it.
