I would go with the Head/Tyrolia PRD 12s. They are almost always available on ebay for around $150. It's a solid binding and it has a gentle plate that does not stiffen the ski but gives some stand height to increase tipping ability. I have them on all of my non race skis. They are also adjustable so if your BSL changes or if you want to let your friends try your skis, you can adjust the bindings right on the hill or in your garage/shop etc. And all skis ski better with some type of plate which eliminates the dead spot which occurs when bindings are mounted flat on a ski.
Balance: Essential in skiing and in life!
